Electrical Engineer
Education:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting, with a focus on renewable energy or solar power systems
- Experience with solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and other electrical components.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in the maintenance of solar energy systems or related renewable energy technologies.
- Strong knowledge of solar panels, inverters, battery storage, and other energy systems.
- Experience with Electrical systems, Troubleshooting, and Repair techniques,
System monitoring and Performance analysis is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations.
Renewable Energy Analyst
Education:
- Proficiency in software tools such as Excel, MATLAB, R, Python, and energy modeling/simulation tools.
- Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) for site assessments in renewable energy projects (such as wind and solar resource mapping).
Experience:
- Strong understanding of energy storage technologies (including batteries, pumped hydro, and others).
- Worked as analyst, consultant, or researcher in the renewable energy sector or a related field.
- Proven track record of working with energy modelling software, data analysis, and renewable energy systems.
- Prior experience in energy audits, feasibility studies, or environmental impact assessments.
